worked up to heavy double snatch, hit 225

finished all except for last 2 min at 95lbs, got realllll tough there

    Only did one at 305. shoulders were killing me.

    6 SDHP @155
    20 sec row sprint
    AFAP
    Rest 3 min

    All took around 30-35 sec
    124m, 125m, 124m, 127m, 123m, 124m, 123m, 121m
    Arms blew up. got really hard to pull on the rower. was expected though.

    later on:

    5x10 strict pull-ups (diff grip ea set)
    90 sec rest
