Box jump (30”/24”) 
Workout 4
For time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Kettlebell swings (53lb / 35lb)
100 Double-unders
100 Overhead squats (95lb / 65lb)

    did box jumps unbroken with a drop step
    rested 20 mins

    pull up 3 sets of 20 with a 30sec rest. finished out 4 sets of 10 30sec rest
    kb swing 5 sets of 20 unbroken 30sec rest

    ohs 16 12 11 11 11 11 11 11 6. dont know my rest period..back was pretty smoked..i hope this helps somebody with their gaming..im old and fat but i did take a double dose of geritol last night and this morning
