power cleans: 275, 255, 255. cut back a little hurdles were jumps over 45" barrier. 1 drop step then jump. turn around and repeat. burpees weren't too fast sprints were on rower and pace was sub 1:20
no time, had to coach. felt slow and sore today anyways. lookin forward to another rest day.
taking today off to do wod tomorrow. will post my results

ReplyDeletestarted out a little fast and paid for it towards the end. Grip became the limiting factor. Toes to bar where the only thing broke.
