20s max airdyne sprint
r 5 min bt sets
-all out effort

medball toss for height x 3
r 90s bt sets

  2. did 3 sets of first part:

    power cleans: 275, 255, 255. cut back a little
    hurdles were jumps over 45" barrier. 1 drop step then jump. turn around and repeat.
    burpees weren't too fast
    sprints were on rower and pace was sub 1:20

    no time, had to coach. felt slow and sore today anyways. lookin forward to another rest day.

    started out a little fast and paid for it towards the end. Grip became the limiting factor. Toes to bar where the only thing broke.
