B1. Push jerk 165 x 10
B2. CTB pullups x15; 3min rest x 3
C1. Back squat 165 x 10
C2. Standing broad jump; 15 jumps for distance
C3. 400m run @ 85%; rest 4 min x 3
today was going to be heavier, and higher volume, but im feeling a little groggy this morning, we'll see how this afternoon feels, may bump the weights back up to 185 for bs and pj.
friday is active recovery to flush the fatigue out
A. felt horrible. shoulders hurt. had no power. forgot about percentage but that was probably a good thing.

B. 1 set. was good practicing fast push jerks with open wod weight. got done with first set and....shoulders were throbbing! first time that has happened. felt like when i would throw my arm out placing baseball, except that was in my elbow and this was in both shoulders. Cut off part B there.
C. nice and steady A2G w/ 165. broad jumps back and forth each jump in my garage. All 7 1/2 to 8 feet. runs: 1:22, 1:15, 1:13. with 200m turnaround.
135 for all sets on high hang

All BS BJ sprints complete caught up last one got gaggy.
At lunch I rowed for 20 mind and did this iso bench holds and push ups from tuesday
